Short version: we collect very little, we don't use cookies to track you, and we never sell your information.

Who we are
Holon & Co. ("we", "us") is a people strategy firm. This policy covers holonand.co. Questions about it go to hello@holonand.co.
What we collect
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't identify you personally. We only see totals.
Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and, if you become a client, to work with you.
Calls you book. Booking a call uses Google Calendar. Google receives the name, email and any notes you enter, under Google's privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't use advertising trackers. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Links to other sites
Our blog is hosted on Substack, and we link to our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@holonand.co.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
